*Pending approval by Show Management. Not all Non-Profits will qualify
for the non-profit rate. Non-profit organizations with a commercial value
i.e. selling products will not be given non-profit booth rate. Show Management
may require additional documentation and their decision is final. Booth

ALL BOOTHS will
be provided an 8' high back drape, 36" high
side drapes, a booth , a listing in the show program
and a listing on the web site www.visionsexpo.com.
Each 10 x 10 booth will receive a 6' skirted table,
two side chairs, and a waste basket. The aisles
will be carpeted, but it is highly recommended
that all exhibitors provide appropriate floor
covering within their booth area.
Electricity, phone
lines, internet connections and other services
may be purchased from the providers. Order forms
will be available online for all services. Please
review the materials in the Decorator Services
Online PDF. Order forms will be live approximately
90 days prior to the deadline for early discounts.

All corners
(areas where the side rails can be removed for
increased sales exposure) are $100 extra. Bulk
Space is offered in all shows for exhibitors
